Unlike me I have been in this situation and can tell you from experience it is a scary situation to be in, and my hopes is to never have to experience it again along with none of you having to experience it. In my speech my goal is to bring you the major information on what a heart attack is, the different types, along with some statistics about heart disease and then wrap it all up with some simple to follow diet and exercise tips and supplement suggestions to help you avoid it all together.

Transition: With that being said, allow me to tell you what I have found out about heart disease from researching the internet. Body: I. Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain or stoke. Inflammatory heart disease caused by inflammation (swelling) of the heart wall. This can be caused by bad bacteria getting past the immune system or stress.
