Human Cloning

“All Human Cloning should be Banned” do you Agree? Sow that you have looked at it through more than one point of view. Human cloning has been a major issue over the past decade or so, at the beginning we started to changed the structure of plants, etc like tomatoes because of the food sources, we made them immune to diseases so that they grew bigger and lasted longer. Nobody thought that that was made, then the scientists managed to clone sheep the first to be called ‘Dolly’ but they did not want to stop there and they wanted to clone human beings.

There are a number of arguments to show if human cloning is good or if it is bad, there are two main points. The first – when does life begin? And the second – high risk in producing deformed individuals. At the moment the scientist can not clone a human but they can do ‘Therapeutic cloning’ which is the creation of human embryos in a lab to extract embryonic stem cells from them, these stem cells can develop into the chosen organ or cell. The process is still being developed though. Human cloning is a major argument in the world today because there are arguments for and against the cloning.

The arguments for are that we could eliminate any form of disease such as heart disease, which kills so many people, if that is stopped, and then we could stop the losses of many people. Cloning could also produce human cells that are able to repair skin cells, this means that if a person is burnt in a fire or has an accident which leaves them deformed then the skin cells could be put onto the skin of the patient and then the skin would be healed, this would avoid any unpleasant skin grafting.

Also the cloning could reduce the rate of infertility of many people and it could also reduce the aging process. But with the arguments of for cloning come the arguments against human cloning and they are as follows. People believe that we are playing God in the role of trying to have a creative role in human existence. Cloning could be immoral, because some human characteristics arte more important then a clones body. It could destroy human nature and the fact that cloning denies the ‘Sanctity of Life’.

But importantly scientist could eventually create a full human clone, but the clone could have some deformations, and also if the previous experiments what are the scientists going to do with the other clones because they cannot kill them as it is inhumane. My conclusion is that human cloning is possible but I think that banning it completely through out the world would be worse then actually doing it because we might be able to put an end to cancer or fix in curable diseases that people might have.

Cloning is more offspring that produce identical cells. Cloning is some by using genetic material from a single cell and this does not involve sex. The first success in cloning an adult mammal was achieved by a scientist called Ian Wilmut. It …

In our society today, there are many issues that stir up heated debate. The continuing debate over stem cell research and human cloning over the last few years in particular is no exception. There are many arguments supporting both negative …

Any new frontier in science is a product of experimentation and usually preliminary research in animals. Human cloning is no exception, yet can be categorized in a class by itself. The replication of humans, while thought fanciful to the point …

Human cloning can be loosely defined as the creation of genetically identical copy of a human being, cells or tissues of the body. This is done by the use of cells biologically referred to as stem cells. In order to …
