It has never been ‘to be or not to be’ with me. I have always taken my decision whenever I had to, but under the guidance of my parent and my brother. For me education is an investment that will reap dividends in the future and choosing the right field of interest to pursue higher studies and there on a career in it is one of the most important decisions a person takes in his life.

Towards my family background, I belong from a family of four members- my father who is an engineer in XXX; my mother, a housewife; my brother, a businessman and my self. They have always encouraged me to do to do the right things in life and what I am today is just because of them.

Biology has been my biggest right from the school time and I have always wanted to have a career in any field, which is related to biological sciences. My family members and teachers at school and college have played a vital role in aspiring me to choose Pharmacy as a career and shaping me in to an individual what I am today.

I did my Bachelors in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in year 2007 from XXX, under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, which is one of most reputed colleges in country. The college is equipped with latest laboratory facilities and libraries. The curriculum and education pattern in intense and challenging.

The syllabus includes biochemistry, microbiology, medicinal chemistry and pharmacology as the major subjects and a combination of all these subjects will help me to understand and study Msc pharmacology better. The knowledge of metabolism and the classifications of organism along with the manipulative knowledge through microbiology and biochemistry would surely let me bring newer insights in to the subject of pharmacology.

Beside the theoretical classes and laboratory work I also went to a pharmaceutical industry for industrial visit during my 3rd and 4th year. Beside this I have done intensive industrial training in Micro Labs Limited, Bangalore.

Post graduation (M.Sc,) study at United Kingdom also opens doors to the professional network that are best in world. With students, academic and adjunct staff from a diverse range of background and industries there are many opportunities to develop beneficial contacts with both national and international medical associates.

Taking up masters in pharmacology (Msc Pharmacology) at your renowned university would let me gain the best technical skills that I would learn. It would allow me to interact with the best people in this business. Masters degree will allow me to practice the specialized skills acquired through your course. I am sure that I will be able to increase my core competencies to much higher levels by your esteemed university.

I have a liking for sports, music and computer. My taste to music is not specific I just like listening to good music but my major hook up is the computer. Considering sports I play football and badminton with my friend and brother.

Finally, I thank you for giving me an opportunity to express myself. It would be a great pleasure and honor for me if given a chance to pursue my Msc studies from your esteemed university. I hope that you will find me a deserving and creditable student for your renowned university.
