With the alarming increase in the resurgence of new surgical and medical cases, a virtual resistant development to treated symptoms, it is of utmost importance to focus on the most essential strategy to fit in the lacuna of clinical management with technical know how in this St Paul General Hospital. Having equally found that over 60% of disease complications are resultant of poor Nurses and clinical management of the patient with the inadequate provision of sophisticated tools for excellent diagnosis of presenting signs and symptoms before time, the Key Performance indicator for this hospital shall remain the redirection of focus to the mission statement of ensuring the first hand and avoidable health delivery services to a common man. The Board of trustee after extensive debate discovered the Director of Management as the KPI base on the reports analysis over the past few months.
To start with, cabinets of heads of all clinical units which summarily come under the Director of Management shall be reshuffled. We shall evaluate the progression with quality of real time relevance of the present health delivery knowledge with staff qualification in the current epidemiological findings (starting with the immediate community). The Director of Management shall be a focus to recruit new skill, discover fertile members of staff and strategize the best upgrading program with frequent patient review at random sampling for the purpose of preempting further alarm. The Director of Management equally shall be empowered to evaluate the level of welfare delivery to staff in a bid to ensure total allegiance and service rendering with a fitting psychological mind. The assignment is scheduled for review in the next 5 months.
