There are several things that happens when there is emergency and we cannot hold of time long enough to conclude something. However it is the same reason why there are instances that leads to difficulties in the medical industry. Wrong assessment of the injury of the disease by the EMS will soon lead to a problem when brought in the emergency department.
These issues about incompetency of the team soon lead to malpractice and there had been several people who had been victims of this incompetency of the people who first came when emergency is being called. Furthermore, despite of the fact that the medical industry had been in a good status probably giving a good care for the people, there is one thing that needs to be checked. EMS needs to discuss what is wrong and what they might lose if they continue to give a wrong diagnosis.
In the long run, the process of EMS had been a little failure in the medical industry which means that something is wrong. There had been several deaths due to wrong initial diagnosis which when brought in the emergency department the physician in-charge trusts the records and the reports given to him by the EMS. In this case, another problem occurs and there had been several lawsuits already about this case.
The competency of the EMS should be evaluated so that the next time they perform they duties they will be sure enough that they will not kill the person because of their wrong diagnosis and save lives instead. The power of the people in the medical industry is much more important than anything else because it saves the people from near death experience and yet if there is failure in this branch of the industry; it may ruin the whole possibility and the trust of the people to the medical team.
Critical thinking is asked for the people in EMS so as to avoid such problems again and that they may fulfill their duties of saving lives and not killing the people they so as not even know just because of the biases they set for themselves.
