After the site is done, the next step is to promote it meticulously throughout the country. There will be huge tour buses that would go around the country. These buses will especially go to schools and universities and educate the students about HIV/AIDS. Instead of celebrities as spokespersons, the speakers should be survivors, doctors, experts and advocates. Through them, the students can easily relate.
Plus, with the support coming from the pharmaceutical firms, they (the pharmaceutical companies) can give free medicines and check-ups for everybody. Also, during the tour, we can encourage volunteers to help and join the exploration and information dissemination throughout the country. The education does not stop there. The third step is that, we will talk to local governments and ask if we can set up centers wherein every weekend, there will be classes about HIIV/AIDS.
Everybody is welcome and is encouraged to participate in all activities. After some months, there should be a camp in which everybody (individuals, institutions, schools, companies, etc. ) will convene to give ideas about how they see, what they feel and what they think about the issue. From these perspectives, we should be able to draw an outline that can and should be presented to Congress.
