Frustration can also be defined through personal experience to describe the term. Frustration is a complex feeling that may involve insecurity, failure, discouragement, and dissatisfaction. This feeling occurs when a person feels dissatisfied with a particular work. Frustration is used to describe feelings of displeasure experienced by a person when he or she has failed to meet his or her own expectations or the expectations of others. Take for example the frustrations I have experienced as a student.
I have always felt frustrated whenever I study abstract subjects such as mathematics and chemistry. I feel frustrated with the limitation of my brain’s capacity to grasp mathematical and science concepts and equations. People may experience frustration as a result of their busy and stressful lifestyle. Thus, frustration is a term that is often used by people in their everyday life. However, some people do not fully understand the essence of the word. Consequently, they tend to use the term inappropriately.
Thus, clarifying the definition is very essential.
