Guidelines for systems review and maintenance procedures

After completion of the Pilot Testing Procedures and the system implementation has been completed, the system will need to be reviewed periodically to ensure that it is operating at a high level of performance and to the user’s standards. The initial review will occur 3 months after implementation. The original focus groups will be included, as well as asking for additional participants who would like to review the program. In addition, a survey will be put on-line which will prompt the customers to review their satisfaction with the service overall.

After this initial feedback, the development team will make any additional changes deemed necessary and roll these out to the users. Another review process will occur at 6 months and then again at one year, following the same procedures. System maintenance is the responsibility of the consulting team. They are responsible for and programming defects or problems detected over time. If there are system modifications desired after the initial completion, these will be completed at an additional fee and as a separate project. Sequence of Activities 1. Project Planning a.
