Educational Philosophy

It is my personal believe that every child is a distinctive character who desires a safe, compassionate, and motivating environment in which to develop and grow psychologically, academically, physically, and in a social context. As a teacher one of my main goals would be to assist students in meeting their complete prospective in these areas by endowing them with an atmosphere which is secure, encourages venturesome, and promotes sharing of thoughts and ideas.

The element which I consider to be most encouraging in setting up such an atmosphere is the educator’s role as a guide, permitting the students’ innate inquisitiveness to direct their education, and encouraging respect for everything and everyone. Students have distinct education preferences, divergence and requirements. Having the chance to learn what is significant and pertinent to one’s life and interests is vital to education. Building a prospectus around the learner’s interests cultivates essential enthusiasm and motivates the excitement to gain knowledge.

An approach to take education on a track pertinent to learner’s interest is to promote children’s discussion concerning the teaching and components of learning. Provided with the prospect for contribution, learners engender thoughts and put goals in place which promotes much better activities. Provided with a sense of ownership in the prospectus; students are motivated to work hard towards achieving their goals. I consider educating as a prospect for constant knowledge and development.

It is my desire, as a teacher to inspire affection for learning in children. I believe there is a requirement for considerate, powerful, and enthusiastic educators who are eager to work with students. In a competitive culture, in which we are living today, it is vital for children to not just be given a concrete edification, but to work with somebody who understands and is responsive to their personal requirements. I believe that I am such an individual and will constantly make every effort to be the best at my job.
