Dengue fever

Introduction Life at its best will turn the other way around. We never know what will happen in the future, so learn how to live your life to the fullest. Life is short, and to make fast, you need to learn how to move on. Things happen for us to learn and for us to move on and get away with every happening in our life. To live wisely, do the right things. Do the right ways. Follow the right path of life. Learn to be safe from any harm or danger. Do what is best for yourself, because life will only be great, without you ruining yourself.

Never lose anything which is important in your life, throw the irrelevant things in your lives and bring out the best in your life. There are things to be considered in having an ill-free body, and it is to protect yourself in any ways you can. Who wants to have an ill body if you can have an ill-free body? Nobody right? People who got ill just because they didn’t follow the precautions the doctors gave for us to live a healthy life is really absurd. People who got ill there selves just to be absent in one or two days are lazy and doesn’t even matter the healthy life God has given to each and everyone.

Consider everyone who loves and care for you, think of them. Do they want you to be ill? Of course not, because they have the rights to care for you and the right to make you feel safe in any way they can, for a better you. Have you experience any of these symptoms or maybe all of these symptoms? A sudden high fever that just came all of a sudden, severe headaches which leads you to drowsiness, pain behind your eyes, severe joint and muscle pain, Nausea, vomiting, Skin rash which appears three to four days after the onset of fever or how about mild bleeding (such a nose bleed, bleeding gums, or easy bruising)?

Those symptoms are some of the things you need to fear and avoid for you to not have sudden sickness. All of us have experience one or more of those right? It is because of the sudden weakening of immune systems that leads them to severe pain all over there body. These results to different kinds of sickness, one is Dengue. Dengue fever is transmitted by the bite of an Aedes mosquito infected with a dengue virus. The mosquito becomes infected when it bites a person with dengue virus in their blood. It can’t be spread directly from one person to another person.

Dengue is transmitted by several species of mosquito within the genus Aedes Aegypti. Aedes aegypti is a vector for transmitting several tropical fevers. Only the female bites for blood which she needs to mature her eggs. To find a host, Aedes aegypti are attracted to chemical compounds that are emitted by mammals. These compounds include ammonia, carbon dioxide, lactic acid, and octenol. The virus has four different types; infection with one type usually gives lifelong immunity to that type, but only short-term immunity to the others.

Subsequent infection with a different type increases the risk of severe complications. As there is no commercially available vaccine, prevention is sought by reducing the habitat and the number of mosquitoes and limiting exposure to bites. Dengue can occasionally affect several other body systems, either in isolation or along with the classic dengue symptoms. A decreased level of consciousness occurs in 0. 5–6% of severe cases, which is attributable either to infection of the brain by the virus or indirectly as a result of impairment of vital organs, for example, the liver.

Other neurological disorders have been reported in the context of dengue, such as transverse myelitis and Guillain-Barre syndrome. Infection of the heart and acute liver failureare among the rarer complications. Because dengue fever is caused by a virus, there is no specific medicine or antibiotic to treat it. There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. If you think you may have dengue fever, you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines with aspirin, which could worsen bleeding.

You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor. If you start to feel worse in the first 24 hours after your fever goes down, you should get to a hospital immediately to be checked for complications. Some says that there is no cure for dengue. One option is to go to the hospital and stay there for days to be free from dengue, and the others use medicines, pain relievers and even herbs to freely be an ill-free person again. Who said there is no cure for dengue? There is!

Euphorbia hirta is often used traditionally for female disorders, respiratory ailments (cough, coryza, bronchitis, and asthma), worm infestations in children, dysentery, jaundice, pimples, gonorrhea, digestive problems, and tumors. It is reported to contain alkanes, triterpenes, phytosterols, tannins, polyphenols, and flavanoids. This review describes the medicinal properties, chemical constituents, and other important aspects of Euphorbia hirta. But did you know? Euphorbia hirta is also a cure for dengue as proven by other dengue patients all around the world and the Philippines.

Euphorbia hirta, or asthma weed, has been used medicinally in various cultures for centuries. The entire plant can be used as a natural medicine whether it is collected during its dried, fruiting, or blooming stage. Each part of the plant is effective for treating different ailments. In the Philippines, euphorbia hirta is known as tawa-tawa and has long been the natural treatment of choice for dengue disease. Dengue fever is an infectious disease that is spread by mosquitoes in tropical areas. In addition to flu-like symptoms it causes the blood plateletcount to drop, which can be fatal.

Euphorbia hirta is administered to dengue victims because it increases the platelet count and speeds healing. Euphorbia hirta is used in many ways as stated above. It helps a lot in our body as an alternative care in a lot of ways. Herbs like Euphorbia Hirta is one of the things people keep moving on, be it as cure or a disease fighting herb we can use in our daily surroundings. Herbs should be appreciated for a reason that we are lucky to have one of the best herbs in the world for everyone that is living in the world. Statement of the Problem This is a case study which deals with the effectiveness of tawa-tawa as a cure for dengue patients. Specifically, this study pursues to find answers with the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the respondents with regard to: 2. 1 Age 2. 2 Socio- economic condition 2. 3 Academic Performance 2. What is the best way in using tawa-tawa as a cure for dengue patients? 3. What will be the outcome of using tawa-tawa as a cure for dengue patients?

4. What are the chemicals and things that tawa-tawa has as a cure for dengue patients? 5. What activities are being provided to dengue to further know what is the best cure or medicine for them? 6. Is tawa-tawa the best alternative or cure for dengue patients? Hypothesis Based from the questions posited in the study, the hypothesis was deduced that there is no significant difference of the effectiveness of tawa-tawa as a cure for dengue patients. Significance of the Study This study aims to obtain and give data with the effectiveness of tawa-tawa as a cure for dengue patients.

This study may implicate what are the best herbs to pick or buy in protecting the lives of their selves and the others especially dengue patients. To Beginners. This study can give you some background on how do we use or how do we settle tawa-tawa in curing dengue patients. To Future Researches.

This study is significant because they may gather some information about the alternative, medicine or cure for dengue patients. Scope, Delimitation, and Limitation of the Study This study is delimited to the enhancement of the Effectiveness of Tawa-Tawa as a cure for dengue patients of The Sto. Nino Formation and Science School during the school year 2012-2013. The scope of the study clearly focused on how do Tawa-Tawa can help the dengue patients for the removal of the different chemicals, viruses and painfulness they felt in having dengue and various sickness.

The scope is to know the effect of Tawa-Tawa as a cure for dengue patients for a better life and body. The effectiveness of Tawa-Tawa as a cure for dengue patients limit to the limited dengue people in our surroundings especially in Batangas province. Also, the rare sight of Tawa-Tawa in our environment is another hindrance in conducting the study. Another is the privacy of dengue people and the awareness of them in taking Tawa-Tawa as a real alternative or cure for dengue.
